SINGASIA Holdings (08293) announced its full-year financial results for the year ending July 31, 2025. The group achieved a revenue of SGD 12.2289 million, a decrease of 0.7% compared to the previous year; the company's attributable net loss for the year was SGD 1.1299 million, a decrease of 65.45%; and the basic loss per share was 0.53 Singapore cents.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decrease in demand for manpower outsourcing services, particularly in the cleaning services provided to the hotel and resort industry clients. However, the revenue generated from the expansion of enterprise development and training services offset some of the decline.
