JXR (01951) has announced that as of October 31, 2025, Ms. Zhai Yangyang has resigned as joint company secretary, and Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Ms. Zhai Yangyang resigned to pursue her personal career development, while Ms. Wu Xiuwei resigned due to other job arrangements. In addition, Ms. Zhong Manna has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company effective October 31, 2025.
