WEI YUAN HLDG (01343) announced that Mr. Li Xixun has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from October 30, 2025.
