Jiangsu Express (00177) announced that, in order to meet the capital needs for the construction of the Danjin project and ensure the smooth progress of the project, the company plans to jointly increase the capital of Danjin company with another shareholder of Danjin company, Changzhou Jiaokong, in proportion to their shareholding. Jiangsu Express will contribute approximately RMB 2.636 billion, while Changzhou Jiaokong will contribute approximately RMB 0.898 billion.
