SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) announced that as of November 1, 2025, Mr. Ye Liaoning resigned as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee; Mr. Wang Tianjiong was appointed as Chairman of the Board; Mr. Wang Tianjiong was re-appointed as Executive Director from non-executive director; and Mr. Wang Tianjiong resigned as a member of the Nomination Committee and was appointed as Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee.
