China Hanking (03788) subsidiary Hanking Gold issues a total of 78 million share options.

CHINA HANKING (03788) announced that on October 27, 2025, the company's subsidiary, Hanwang Gold, granted a total of 78 million share options (share options) for subscription of ordinary shares of Hanwang Gold, including granting Dr. Qiu 25 million share options (granted to Dr. Qiu); granting Ms. Zhang 5 million share options (granted to Ms. Zhang); and granting 48 million share options to other employees of Hanwang Gold Group (other grants), subject to acceptance by the relevant grantees (grantees) of the share options under the share option plan approved by the board of directors on July 4, 2025 (Hanwang Gold Share Option Plan). The share option plan approved by the company on July 4, 2025 has not been fully utilized. The company intends to continue granting share options to employees in the future within the next ten years in accordance with the relevant option plans after completing the proposed spin-off and the independent listing of Hanwang Gold on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
