EMPEROR E HOTEL (00296) announced that on October 27, 2025 (after trading hours), Tianhao (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Ausbi Entertainment have agreed to terminate their agreement. As a result, the agreement will be terminated early from October 31, 2025. From the termination date, Tianhao will no longer provide such services to Ausbi, and the gaming area of EMPEROR E HOTEL in Macau will cease operations.
The Group will continue to engage in hotel business, including the lease of (i) Emperor Hotel in Hong Kong, (ii) The Unit Morrison Hill, (iii) The Unit Happy Valley, and (iv) The Unit Soho serviced apartments, as well as (v) EMPEROR E HOTEL and (vi) Shengshi Hotel in Macau. The Group's revenue from hotels and serviced apartments remained stable for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2024 and 2025. Additionally, as of March 31, 2025, the Group maintained a strong financial position with a bank balance and cash of approximately 526 million Hong Kong dollars, and no bank borrowings.
The Group has long been actively planning other entertainment and leisure facilities to enhance the hotel service experience at EMPEROR E HOTEL, in order to broaden the revenue base. The Group remains optimistic about the prospects of the Macau tourism industry and will continue to improve its products and services to seize opportunities. The Board will seek suitable opportunities to expand its hotel business using its financial resources.
