HK FINANCE GP (01273): Deloitte appointed as the new auditor

HK FINANCE GP (01273) announced that, as the company and PricewaterhouseCoopers had not reached a consensus on the proposed auditor's remuneration for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026, the company has requested PricewaterhouseCoopers to resign as the company's auditor and PwC has accepted, effective from October 24, 2025. The Board further announced that, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and based on the selection process, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from October 24, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy caused by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the shareholders.
