China Energenine (01185) announced that on October 17, 2025, the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange has decided to cancel the company's listing status in accordance with rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. The company will not request a review by the Listing Review Committee in accordance with rule 2B. The last trading date of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange will be November 3, 2025, and the listing status of the company on the Stock Exchange will be canceled starting from 9:00 am on November 4, 2025.
