TIANAN MEDICARE (00383) announces that Hong Kong Lexia de Hao Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 24, 2025. Following the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Deloitte) as the new auditor, effective from October 24, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Lexia de Hao, and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
