FIRST CREDIT (08215) has announced that, according to Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to request the GEM Listing Review Committee to review the decision to delist within seven business days from the date of the delisting decision (on or before October 15, 2025). If the company decides not to request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee, the deadline for the listing of the shares will be October 20, 2025, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from 9:00 am on October 21, 2025. The company has submitted a written request to the GEM Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange on October 14, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, to review the decision to delist.
