Dragon King GP (08493) announces that Mr. Lau Cheng Shan has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from October 19, 2025, in order to devote more time to pursuing other business commitments. In addition, Mr. Lau Cheng Shan will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Remuneration Committee respectively.
