China Mobile Limited (00941) announced that in the first three quarters of 2025, the group's operating revenue was RMB 794.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.4%; among which, communication service revenue was RMB 683.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.8%, while sales of products and others were RMB 111.5 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%. Shareholders' profit was RMB 115.4 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.0%, with a profit margin of 14.5%; EBITDA was RMB 265.4 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%; EBITDA accounted for 38.8% of communication service revenue.
In terms of the personal market, the group further strengthened the expansion of segmented markets, deepened stock management, value management, and implemented the "network age growth plan" and the "global pass upgrade plan" to continuously consolidate the foundation of the personal market. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of mobile customers in the group reached 1.009 billion, with 622 million 5G network customers. In the first three quarters, mobile internet traffic increased by 8.3% year-on-year, with mobile internet DOU reaching 17.0GB, an increase of 8.1% year-on-year. In the first three quarters, mobile ARPU was RMB 48.0.
In terms of the family market, the group adhered to the "mobile love home" brand as a guide, constructed a new type of integrated operation system centered around families, promoted the upgrading of smart home services and service systems. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of wired broadband customers in the group reached 329 million, with a net addition of 14.2 million customers in the first three quarters; household broadband customers reached 288 million, with a net addition of 9.76 million customers in the first three quarters. In the first three quarters, the comprehensive ARPU of household customers was RMB 44.4.
In terms of the government and enterprise market, the group strengthened the construction of a platform-based operating system, deepened the precise operation of war, client, and business customer groups, promoted AI+ scale development, and further increased value contributions. In the first three quarters, the group's DICT business revenue maintained good growth, while AI direct revenue achieved high-speed growth.
In terms of emerging markets, actively seizing the opportunity of high-level opening to the outside world, leveraging the linkage effect between domestic and international markets, accelerating the cultivation of new growth momentum in international business, and maintaining rapid growth in international business revenue in the first three quarters; continuously deepening "content + technology + integrated innovation" operations, focusing on product customer scale achieved steady growth.
