Beijing Beichen Industry Co., Ltd. (00588) issued an announcement, convening the tenth board of directors meeting on October 15, 2025.
BEIJING N STAR (00588) announced that the 10th Board of Directors' 38th meeting will be held on October 15, 2025, and Zhu Yan has been appointed as the Secretary of the Board of Directors (equivalent to the joint company secretary under the regulations in Hong Kong), effective from October 15, 2025.
Following the appointment, Zhu Yan will also serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from October 15, 2025.
