HK ROBOTICS (00370) announced that Qin Jie has resigned as an executive director due to personal reasons, effective from October 15, 2025. Following his resignation, Qin Jie will also no longer serve as the Chief Executive Officer and one of the authorized representatives as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Executive Director Li Haitao has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and authorized representative to replace Qin Jie, effective from October 15, 2025.
