CHI PEOPLE HOLD (00681) announced that on October 15, 2025, the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Chongqing Zhongmin Gas Co., Ltd., intends to acquire pipeline gas transmission and distribution assets located in Tongnan District, Chongqing, China from Chongqing Huimin Gas Co., Ltd., covering pipeline network, gas facilities and equipment, office equipment, construction equipment, and related equipment, for a consideration of RMB 23.8 million. The Company has been actively seeking business opportunities to expand market share. The acquisition of these assets aims to engage in the pipeline gas transmission and distribution business. The Company believes that by utilizing these assets to operate the pipeline gas transmission and distribution business, it can seize opportunities to gain a larger market share.
