On September 18, Ideal Automobile (02015) signed a five-year comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology (03750) and completed the licensing ceremony. Li Xiang, Chairman and CEO of Ideal Automobile, President Ma Donghui, Chairman and CEO of Contemporary Amperex Technology Zeng Yuqun, and co-president of the market system Han Wei attended the ceremony together. As long-term partners, Contemporary Amperex Technology will provide high-performance, high-safety, and high-quality power battery systems for all products of Ideal Automobile, including but not limited to ternary lithium batteries, M3P batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries, and sodium-ion batteries, injecting core kinetic energy into Ideal Automobile's high-end intelligent electric driving experience. As of now, the cumulative delivery of Ideal Automobile equipped with Contemporary Amperex Technology batteries has exceeded 1 million vehicles, and there has never been a thermal runaway accident caused by the battery itself.
