Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology (603990.SH) announced that shareholder Mr. Weng Kang plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 5,214,250 shares, or 25% of his total holdings, within three months after the announcement of this plan through block trading. This represents 1.7024% of the company's total share capital. Additionally, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,062,827 shares, or 25% of his total holdings and 1% of the company's total share capital, through concentrated bidding.
