BIDU-SW (09888) announced the completion of its issuance of RMB 4.4 billion principal amount of 1.90% senior unsecured notes due in 2029. The notes were issued to several non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance of the notes for general corporate purposes, including repaying certain existing debts, paying interest, and general corporate purposes.
