Appointment of Yam Sin as an independent non-executive director of Dingyi GP INV (00508)

Dingyi GP INV (00508) announced that Ms. Liu Miaomiao has resigned from the company as a non-executive director and member of the nomination committee effective September 15, 2025, in order to devote more time to other matters. On the same day, Ms. Yin Shan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee of the company.
