Red Star Macalline Group Corporation (01528) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company received a written resignation report from Ms. Qiu Zhe. Due to personal career planning reasons, Ms. Qiu Zhe applied to resign from the positions of board secretary, joint company secretary, deputy general manager, and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The resignation will take effect from the date of delivery of the written resignation report to the board. Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from the position of joint company secretary due to job transfer, and has been appointed as the agent authorized to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from September 15, 2025. In accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Li Yupeng has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from September 15, 2025. Mr. Li Yupeng will serve as authorized representative alongside the current authorized representative, Mr. Yang. Furthermore, Ms. Ou Zheng has been appointed as the sole company secretary and agent for legal process, effective from September 15, 2025.
