Shenzhen Kingkey Smart Agriculture Times (000048.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Kingkey Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kingkey Group"), intends to transfer 26.515 million shares of the company (unrestricted circulation shares) to Shenzhen Zhonghengtong Private Equity Securities Fund Management Co., Ltd. (on behalf of "Zhonghengtong Sailing 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund") (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghengtong") through agreement transfer, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company.
