Wuchan Zhongda Geron (002722.SZ) announced that Jinlun Holdings plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by a total of no more than 6.2428 million shares within 3 months after the disclosure of this announcement (i.e. October 10, 2025 to January 9, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.
