CHICMAX (02145) announced that Mr. Sun Hao has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Board of Directors, effective from August 28, 2025, with the same term as the current Board of Directors. In addition, the Board of Directors recently received a resignation letter from non-executive director Ms. Li Hanqiong, citing personal planning considerations. Her resignation will be effective from the date of announcement. On August 28, 2025, the Board of Directors received the recommendation from the Company Nomination Committee and decided to nominate Ms. Zhou Wei as a candidate for the Executive Director of the Second Board of Directors.
