The company plans to raise 7 million US dollars by issuing 1.6 million shares of stock, with an offering price range set at 4 to 5 US dollars. If calculated at the midpoint of the offering price range, the market value will reach 79 million US dollars.
Monkey Tree Investment primarily offers children's language courses, with English as the main focus and Mandarin courses as supplementary. Currently, the company operates 20 learning centers in Hong Kong, catering to students aged 3 to 14, with courses covering phonics, reading, grammar, writing, speaking, and exam preparation. In addition, the company also licenses the "Monkey Tree" brand to other operators, with these license partners operating an additional 38 centers in Hong Kong.
Founded in 2009, this Hong Kong-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the stock symbol "MKTR." Previously, Monkey Tree Investment had submitted its IPO application confidentially on July 7, 2025. The exclusive bookrunner for this offering is Revere Securities.
