HK Robotics (00370) announced that Mr. He Yu has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative of the company due to the group's work allocation, effective from August 13, 2025. Mr. He will remain with the group as a consultant after his resignation to provide professional advice on development. Mr. Wu Zhuoqian has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative to replace Mr. He, effective from August 13, 2025.
