Subsidiary of Guizhou Gas Group Corporation (600903.SH) signs pipeline natural gas franchise agreement.

Guizhou Gas Group Corporation (600903.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guizhou Gas Group Corporation Xishui County Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xishui Company"), signed a "Xishui County Erlang Town, Yong'an Town, Sangmu Town, Erlizhen, Guandian Town, Taolin Town Pipeline Gas Franchise Agreement" with Xishui County Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Bureau (authorized by the Xishui County People's Government, referred to as "Xishui Comprehensive Enforcement Bureau") on August 8, 2025. The signing of the agreement will expand Xishui Company's operating area and scale.
