CDB INT'L INV(01062) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of approximately HK$11.68 million for the the mid-term, a decrease compared to the same period last year.

CDB INT'L INV (01062) announces that compared to the loss of approximately HK $1.2423 billion incurred by the Company's owners for the six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company expects a loss of approximately HK $11.68 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The expected decrease in loss is mainly attributed to the significant reduction in fair value valuation losses of financial assets recognized in profit or loss for the six months ended June 30, 2025 compared to the same period last year.
