CSTONE PHARMA-B (02616) announces that all conditions of the placement have been met and the placement was completed on July 16, 2025. According to the terms of the placement agreement, 100 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to at least six underwriters at a placement price of HK$4.72 per share.
