CCT FORTIS (00138) announced that on July 11, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, FF Xinjiang International Industry Limited, intends to sell the property at 7, No. 20, Tai Tam Road, Hong Kong to Ni Hong and Yang Xiangdong for 82 million Hong Kong dollars. The property is currently held for investment and capital appreciation and is currently vacant.
Given the cautious and subdued atmosphere in the property market, the directors believe that this is a favorable opportunity to realize the value of the property in a timely manner. This sale will not only reduce the cost of maintaining and managing the property, but will also help improve the group's business liquidity and reduce debt levels using the proceeds from the sale, thereby enhancing the overall financial health of the group.
