DCWT(03768) announces that the company plans to invest 69.3059 million RMB in the expansion and renovation project for the seventh and eighth water quality purification plants in Kunming city. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the expansion and renovation project, based on the bidding results, on July 6, 2025, the company entered into an EPC contract with the joint contractor (China Railway Tenth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute). The company agrees to entrust the joint contractor to provide design services, procurement, and construction work for the company's expansion and renovation project.
