Eastern Pioneer Driving School (603377.SH) announced that the company ("the respondent") received a "Notice" from the First Intermediate People's Court of Beijing (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing First Intermediate Court") on July 8, 2025. The creditor Beijing Guofeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guofeng Construction", "applicant" or "creditor") applied to the Beijing First Intermediate Court for bankruptcy reorganization of the company on the grounds that the company is unable to repay its due debts and lacks clear ability to repay, but has restructuring value, and applied to initiate pre-reorganization proceedings. As of the date of this announcement, the company has not yet received any documents from the court initiating pre-reorganization or accepting pre-reorganization applications.
