Reporters learned that the research group held discussions with local governments, relevant departments, experts, scholars, and real estate companies, analyzed the operation of the real estate market in the first half of the year, conducted on-site inspections of ongoing and on-sale real estate projects, and widely solicited opinions and suggestions from relevant parties. It is reported that Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces have continuously expanded the effectiveness of real estate policies this year, activated the potential of housing consumption through various measures, vigorously promoted the construction of "good houses", and achieved year-on-year growth in the transaction area of newly built commercial houses in the first half of the year. The research group pointed out that in the face of the complexity of the domestic and international economic situation, various regions and relevant departments should resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, vigorously promote the battle against housing difficulties, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of homebuyers. By continuously implementing the "combination punching" of real estate policies, the total volume of new and existing home transactions nationwide increased year-on-year in the first half of the year, and the overall real estate market remained stable. The proportion of second-hand housing transactions gradually increased, with the volume of second-hand housing transactions in many provinces surpassing that of new homes, presenting new characteristics in the real estate market.
