CHI HO DEV (08423) announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, with revenue of approximately HK$497.5 million, representing a year-on-year increase of about 41%. The company's attributable loss was HK$12.3 million, compared to a profit in the previous year, resulting in a loss per share of 1.54 HK cents.
The announcement stated that the loss was mainly due to the weak property market in Hong Kong, resulting in an impairment loss of approximately HK$16.2 million on the equity interest in a joint venture.
