SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) signed an EPC contract with the consortium contractor.

SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) announced that on May 13, 2025, Yizheng SDHS NEW ENERGY (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, acting as the employer) entered into an EPC contract with the Joint Contractors (namely China Electric Chengdu Institute and Guizhou Intelligent Power), whereby Yizheng SDHS NEW ENERGY agreed to appoint the Joint Contractors to provide EPC services for the project. The project is the 100MW Fish Light Storage Integrated Demonstration Project in Liuji Town, Yizheng City, Jiangsu Province, which includes the construction of the photovoltaic area, collection line, boosting station, and outgoing line. According to the approved installed capacity of 100MW, the unit price should be approximately RMB 4.16762 per watt, therefore the total cost is RMB 416,879,989.36 (tentative, including tax).
