STERLING GP(01825): Received early loan repayment

STERLING GP (01825) announced that, in accordance with the loan agreement, SAL provided a loan of USD 4.2128 million to SANTAI, with an annual interest rate of 7%. After recent negotiations with SANTAI, the Group has successfully reached an agreement with SANTAI to early repay the outstanding balance of the loan. The company believes that this early repayment is very beneficial to the overall financial situation of the Group. According to the loan agreement, there will be no penalties for repaying the principal and related interest payments at any time. On April 24, 2025, SANTAI repaid HKD 10 million to the Group, which is the repayment of the principal of the loan. The company believes that this early repayment will benefit the overall business and cash flow of the Group.
