ALLUREFEM HLDG (08305) has announced that on February 17, 2025, the Director of the Companies Registry in the Cayman Islands issued a certificate of name change, changing the English name of the company from "Allurefem Holding Limited" to "Sheng Tang Holdings Limited", and the Chinese bilingual name from "ALLUREFEM HLDG Limited" to "". On March 7, 2025, a certificate confirming the change of name of a non-Hong Kong company was issued by the Director of Companies Registry in Hong Kong, confirming that the new English name "Sheng Tang Holdings Limited" and the new Chinese name "" have been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance.
After the change of company name takes effect, the Chinese and English stock abbreviations for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from "ALLUREFEMHLDG" and "ALLUREFEM HLDG" to "STHLDGS" and "" respectively, effective from 9:00 am on March 17, 2025. The stock code of the company remains 8305.
