KNT HOLDINGS(01025): Mr. Leung Ngok Man resigns as an independent non-executive director.

KNT Holdings (01025) announced that Mr. Leung Ng Wun (Mr. Leung) has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business and personal reasons, effective from March 12, 2025. Mr. Leung will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee of the company, effective from the same date. Following Mr. Leung's resignation, the board further announced that Mr. Chan Kai Chung, an independent non-executive director, will be appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee effective from March 12, 2025.
