Shanghai RAAS Blood Products (002252.SZ) announced that the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder Haiyingkang today. It was learned that Haiyingkang had acquired a total of 23.284 million shares of the company through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system from March 7, 2025 to March 12, 2025, representing 0.35% of the company's total share capital. The voting rights of Haiyingkang increased from 27.70% to 28.05%, reaching a multiple of 1%. As of now, Haiyingkang's shareholding plan has not been completed.
