CHINAVTM MINING (00893) announced that Mr. Zhang Yingwei has resigned as the company secretary; in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, he is also resigning as one of the authorized representatives (under the Listing Rules); and pursuant to Section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, he is resigning as the authorized representative to accept service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company (under the Companies Ordinance), effective from March 10, 2025. Mr. Liang Mingshan has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, all effective from March 10, 2025.
