Guangdong Hotata Technology Group (603848.SH) plans to establish a joint venture company with Guangzhou Holike Creative Home and Fengzhushou to research and develop family-end "Smart Fusion Gateway" products.

Guangdong Hotata Technology Group (603848.SH) announced that the company, along with Guangzhou Holike Creative Home (603898.SH) and Fengzhushou (301382.SZ), signed an "investment cooperation agreement" on March 10, 2025, to jointly invest in setting up a joint venture company called Guangzhou Hemike Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 50 million yuan, with Guangzhou Holike Creative Home subscribing for 25 million yuan, holding 50% of the shares and controlled by Guangzhou Holike Creative Home; Guangdong Hotata Technology Group subscribing for 12.5 million yuan, holding 25% of the shares; and Fengzhushou subscribing for 12.5 million yuan, holding 25% of the shares. All parties contribute in cash. The joint venture company will integrate and leverage the resources and industry advantages of all parties. With Guangzhou Holike Creative Home's whole-house custom products and omnichannel layout, relying on Fengzhushou's advantages in digital goods resources and IoT technology capabilities, and combining Guangdong Hotata Technology Group's smart home hardware product matrix and supply chain integration capabilities, the company will develop a "smart home gateway" product for household end, achieve whole-house automatic networking connection and smart control, and build an open platform for smart home IoT, by reselling digital goods provided by Fengzhushou, construct a high value-added smart home product ecosystem, bringing consumers a more convenient, comfortable, and secure digital life experience and improving the quality of family life.
