Dawei Technology (Guangdong) Group (600589.SH) announced that in order to meet the business development needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhangbei Rongtai Yungu Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhangbei Rongtai"), enhance its competitive strength and profitability, and promote high-quality development, the company plans to increase capital by 200 million yuan for Zhangbei Rongtai using its own funds. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Zhangbei Rongtai will increase from 3.8 billion yuan to 5.8 billion yuan.
