Appointment of Lai Lihua as Independent Non-Executive Director of GWPA HOLDINGS (00583)

GWPA HOLDINGS (00583) announced that Dr. Song Min has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee of the company, Dr. Sun Mingchun has resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee, and Ms. Liu Yan has resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee, all effective from March 15, 2025. On the same day, Ms. Li Lihua was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee of the company; Mr. Mei Yihuo was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee; and Dr. Xie Wensheng was appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the remuneration committee.
