WEB3 META (08093) completed the issuance of a total of 137 million shares.

WEB3 META (08093) announced that all conditions of the subscription agreement have been met, and Mr. Fang (Subscriber A) and Mr. Zhou Zhongyong (Subscriber B) completed the subscription on March 7, 2025. As a result, the company has issued and distributed 34.36 million shares and 103 million shares to Subscriber A and Subscriber B respectively at a subscription price of HK$0.07 per share.
