NET-A-GO TECH (01483) has announced that, according to the sales agreement, the completion of the sale is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions or waivers by the buyer. These conditions must be met or waived by March 31, 2015 (or any other date agreed upon by both parties). Due to the need for additional time to meet certain conditions, it is anticipated that the conditions may not be met by May 10, 2025. As a result, the company and the buyer have entered into a supplemental agreement on March 10, 2025, extending the deadline to June 30, 2025.
