MINIEYE (02431) announces that, in accordance with the notice issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 7, 2025 regarding the adjustment of the list of eligible securities for Hong Kong stock connect under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, and the announcement issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 10, 2025 regarding the adjustment of the list of securities for Hong Kong stock connect under Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, the company's H shares will be included in the list of eligible securities for Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective from March 10, 2025. After the inclusion of the company's H shares in Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, qualified investors in mainland China will be able to directly invest in the company's H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, respectively.
