COOL LINK (08491) announced that Executive Director Guo Guixian has been appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from March 10, 2025. Mr. Guo and Mr. Chen Shaoyi will co-lead the Board of Directors as Co-Chairmen.
