AIDIGONG (00286) announced that, effective from March 6, 2025, Huang Yaojie has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the company's remuneration committee, and chairman of the company's audit committee; Cai Weikang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the remuneration committee, and chairman of the audit committee; and Wang Bin has been appointed as a group independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the company's nomination committee and audit committee.
