Purchase of SNB notes with a principal amount of 13.5 million US dollars by BOCOM INTL (03329)

BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that on March 4, 2025, its direct wholly-owned subsidiary Preferred Investment purchased SNB notes with a principal amount of USD 13.5 million in the OTC market at a purchase price of USD 100 to USD 100.138 per note, for a total consideration of approximately USD 13.51656 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 106 million).
