China Galaxy (06881) announced that on December 5, 2024, the company successfully issued the 15th tranche of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. 2024 Short-Term Financing Bonds (hereinafter referred to as "this tranche of short-term financing bonds"). The issuance amount of this tranche of short-term financing bonds is RMB 4 billion, with a coupon rate of 1.72% and a maturity of 90 days, with a maturity date of March 5, 2025. On March 5, 2025, the company redeemed the principal and interest of this tranche of short-term financing bonds totaling approximately RMB 40.17 billion.
